Aventura Beach Associates, Ltd. does not own, operate, and/or maintain the common areas located at 19201 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida and, thus, is not responsible for ensuring the common areas located at 19201 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida are compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act or any other law.
The accessible features existing at Aventura Beach Club Condominium Association’s common areas, which include the following:
- An accessible path of travel from public sidewalk.
- An accessible passenger loading zone.
- An accessible registration desk at main lobby.
- An accessible path of travel to common interior amenities such as the lobby, business center, meeting rooms, restaurants, pool area, fitness rooms, public restrooms, and ATM.
- Accessible public restrooms.
- Accessible elevators with audible and visual notifications.
- An accessible path of travel to beach area.
- Accessible permanent room signage throughout the facility.
- An accessible swimming pool with a self-operating lift.
- TV with closed caption features.
