What Is Miami Spice?
Miami Spice is a seasonal program that runs from August 1 through September 30 every year, giving locals and visitors the chance to explore Miami’s finest dining at a fraction of the regular price.
Organized by the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB), the event was created to boost tourism and support local restaurants during Miami’s traditionally slower summer season. With over 200 participating restaurants, Miami Spice has become a beloved tradition that showcases the city’s rich culinary diversity.
