Upon moving to the U.S., he learned the art of New York-style pizza from a master in the industry—the previous owner of the pizzeria at the hotel before Fernando and his family took over. With time, Fernando and his family perfected their craft and brought an authentic yet unique take on pizza to Sunny Isles Beach.
“This business has been our family’s passion for decades,” says Diego Blanco, Fernando’s son. “With my dad’s culinary background, my mom managing operations, and my brother and I working in different roles—even skating around town at 15 delivering pizzas—Pizza Bianco became a true family effort.”
